Cancellations and Refund Policy
University Course application Cancellation Fee*
● If you change your mind about applying, you can cancel your application and request a refund within 14 days of applying.
● If a Master degree student or Bachelor degree student meets university requirements, but did not receive an offer letter by university, UKECI will fully refund the admission fee.
● If a course has been cancelled by the University, UKECI will fully refund the admission fee.
● The completed refund request must be submitted via email, along with all supporting documents. (Email: info@ukeci.com).
* PhD application fees are not refundable as university offer letters are not guaranteed by the university itself. Application fees for Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing and medicine related courses are non-refundable.
Language Schools courses application cancellation fees
● If you change your mind about applying, you can cancel your application and request a refund within 14 days of applying.
● If you did not get an offer letter from School, UKECI will fully refund the admission fees.
Online course application cancellation fees
● If client did not get his /her username and password to start training in 14 days, UKECI will fully refund the admission fees
Refund Policy
● Requests for tuition refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process and longer during peak periods however we always try to process refunds as quickly as possible
● Once a refund is approved, we will ensure that refunds are issued to the student within 14 days of a decision.
● In line with UK financial regulations, refunds will only be issued to the person or body who paid the fee. This could mean that the refund is paid to a third party sponsor who made the payment.
● The student can be ensured that the refund will be processed as quickly as possible and unnecessary correspondence only delays the process.
